Max Payne 3 is bloody terrific.

I 've said all you need to know in the headline. If you like shooters then Max Payne 3 is one you'd be insane to miss. I'd go as far to say that it stands as Uncharted 2's equal.

I remember Max Payne and The Fall of Max Payne very fondly, and 3 can stand right next to them. R*, taking over from Remedy, has matured the IP in an almost flawless manner which draws a strange parallel with Max hitting middle age. Everything is slick and polished from the gunplay to the dialogue and the story is engaging and frames the action well.

I'm going to do a full review at somepoint but I strongly advise anyone who reads this to run to your nearest games emporium and purchase it now.
